Honda Yosaburo
A pair of cloisonné enamel vases each of elongated oval form, delicately worked in silver wire with numerous butterflies in flight against a striped background of aventurine flecked green and translucent speckled yellow ochre, simulating light shining through bamboo, various butterflies with translucent details, the shoulder with a border of stylised butterflies and the foot with stylised flowers.
