(1832-1908). An inlaid silver koro and cover, the lobed body modelled in the form of numerous overlapping fleshy leaves, the contours incorporating the slightly bulbous shakudo veins, raised on three short legs the silver cover of pierced 16 petal kiku form. The base signed with the gold seal Katsuyoshi, the interior of the cover signed Heian Shoami zo. 
Height 11.9 cm.
Circa 1900.
Meiji period.
With wood box.
